This is the worst Warner bros Animation my eyes have seen, not only am I insulted by the writing, the characters, the overall plot and the story- it only took one episode to realise this.

Absolutely horrendous. How did this even got made is beyond belief? Someone had to check this script concept etc and actually greenlight this. One of the great mysteries of the universe.

I do not understand this series. When I first heard about it I thought that it was a more adult take on the characters for the now grown up fans that loved Scooby-Doo as kids, like myself, but it isn't. It feels more like it was made with the purpose of pushing out the agenda of it's creator and with characters so far from their originals it crossed the line from taking creative liberties with them to the point where you ask yourself why they did not just make a completely new cast. The jokes are very bland and never hit. When watching Velma I am constantly asking myself "Why?". They completely butchered the Scooby-Doo ip. Not to be nostalgic and compare to any of the previous shows, but damn, what the hell is going with this show? If it was a complete different theme or franchise or whatever this crappy show is going to pretend that it is, it won't work, because every single "joke", every single "character", every single line on the script, those are real villains on the show. The animation is pretty great, and I'm sorry for the animators on the show, but seriously guys it won't work. Velma is annoying as the main character on the show, Velma just fits on the edgy kids that feels really smart for joke around for the society and how the popular kids are more stupid for being popular, stf kid you're not special, you're just a single piece on this puzzle that you won't fit, step the hell out of this world... You just talk crap and tell that you always wanted to murder somebody for this and that. Anything that creators are supposed to "create" on this show is bad.… Expand
