This all probably sounds ridiculous, and pretty much is. Even so, Valor is more entertaining and accessible in its own way than network TV’s two other hard-charging combat hours. Ochoa and Barr blast off in their lead roles and also play well together. Read full review

Even with the on-the-nose dialogue, Ochoa’s performance brings Madani to almost vibrant life. Like the dialogue, her work isn’t particularly subtle, but in Ochoa’s hands, that matters less. Madani isn’t a subtle woman. Read full review

The CW probably should have--and likely will--cancel this mission. Valor doesn’t have the same level of quality on almost any level as its competitors, which is a shame. But it does have a unique point of view and a more focused story to tell. Read full review

This is the best show i have ever seen!! This show deserves to be renewed for a season 2! Me and my family love to to watch it and it keeps you on your chair! This show needs to be on for a season !

I'm quite surprised that this show is not getting the recognition it should have. Just because its a show about the military doesn't mean it has to live up to a certain expectation of action. After watching the first 3 episodes you get the sense that it just needs time to get better. TheI'm quite surprised that this show is not getting the recognition it should have. The only gripe I feel is that the writers seem to be trying to push the minor plot a little too far by trying to deal with too many issues at once.… Expand

The show does indeed suck - the action is boring, the conspiracy plot is boring, it cuts between scenes too often. It's basically just a bunch of young people having sex and doing military stuff, so theres that if you want it.

However if you want to be optimistic, as with many military shows, it is also a victim of 'Salty soldier syndrome' as I call it - getting review bombed by the military complaining about inaccurate uniforms and procedures so only like half the bad ratings are actually genuine.… Expand

Enough already. If I want to witness a glorification of military service, I'd go to a football game. They do a much better job than this trashy show. Avoid it at all costs.
