Every episode stands alone where it seems like interesting yet skits or diaries of chester's mill, with a whole not that original mystery going on. Under the Dome Season 2 may not be as good and unpredictable as the first one but surely it is as entertaining.

Under the Dome's new season pilot is not quite clear on which route it is going to take, but you should look out for it, it should be as intense and entertaining as its predecessor.

People are way too hard on this show. I have no trouble overlooking some of the sillier bits, such as the butterflies or the purple egg thing, because, well, Stephen King has always had a bit of a campy streak. In one of his latest novels, Doctor Sleep, the villain is a centuries old vampire thing that wears a top hat- and her name is Rose the Hat. Sound kinda stupid? It is. But that stupidity and campiness is tempered by high quality, likable actors, fairly decent writing, and breakneck, intelligent pacing. It's not great TV but it's perfect for a summer night with the family. If you're a Stephen King fan, I'm fairly certain you'll dig this show. Expand

"Under the Dome" is getting more and more bizarre--and I love it. Viewers Beware! Big Jim is apparently being deified by some of the citizens of Chester's Mill. Stephen King's stories generally have a theological undertone: "God vs. Satan" or simply "Good vs. Evil." ("God" and "Good" generally win out.) Watch and listen closely. I thought the series to incredible so far! Lots of suspense mystery and decent acting. The show works like the book does and I'm very excited to see what they do with it and how they make everything work

I'm really enjoying season 2 of Under The Dome. I love the characters, the storylines, and the incredible effects. It is such an original idea in the first place, and season 2 has just gone from strength to strength. Big Jim is a brilliant main character, played to perfection by Dean Norris. The program has me gripped and looking forward to the next episode. I'm even considering buying the book

I think the story is a shambles and the concept is dumb.

What started off last year as a promising sci-fi summer series quickly devolved into a silly mess.
