Mar 22, 2015By far and away the best comedy on tv right now, even better than Broad City's second season. Ellie Kemper is phenomenal as Kimmy a really great character developed within a few episodes, you cant help but root for Kimmy. The rest of the cast are excellent and happily embrace the madness. All in with this.

Apr 2, 2015Best laugh I've had in ages, could not stop watching. Every episode is a classic, the new Arrested Development. Can't wait to see if there will be a season 2.

Aug 8, 2015I love this show! It is so offbeat, quirky and refreshing. I love the acting and dry humor. It is especially appealing to me because of the cult aspect. Great fun!

Mar 14, 2015I love this show and I'll tell you why. It's not because it has some deep dark secret to tell or something that your have to watch six seasons to understand. It's because its uplifting. Period. dot dot done.

Mar 16, 2015Pure comedy heroine: surprisingly strong lead performances, endlessly rewatchable writing, and constantly quotable dialogue. Every episode left me with two things: a need for more, and a giant smile. Easily the best comedy about a mole woman and her black gay roommate of all time!

Mar 7, 2015Absolutely loving Kimmy Schmidt. Can't wait for Season 2! FYI: I am a fan of Community, Parks and Rec, Don't Trust the B---- in Apt 23, and love Last Man on Earth so far.

Mar 7, 2015This show reminds me how much I miss 30 Rock. I mean this of course in the best way possible. From score to the rapid fire jokes and hilarious gags, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt is the spiritual child of 30 Rock. Every episode has made me laugh out loud mulitple times and with these wacky characters and goofy writing its only natural that you do.

Mar 7, 2015One of the most funny shows I've ever see. Kimmy is adorable and her roomate Titus is the real deal. Every single episode is a blast, I can't wait for season 2!!!!
-
Mar 15, 2015The title itself is what describes the show. Even if itgoes to darker themes, Kimmy is still unbreakable that makes her very fun to watch. Its a unique show with a fresh approach. And every episode is packed with super funny jokes and gags and its also packed with an amazing cast and guest stars. Everything about this show is great. So go Kimmy!

Mar 12, 2015Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt has everything an internet-age comedy can offer: a talented cast, a smartly written script and a feel-good vibe. It certainly won't disappoint any Parks & Recreation/30 Rock/The Office fans...

Mar 9, 2015The one-liners are so epic, clever and hilarious! Highly reccomend to any fan of comedies similar to 30 rock, Mean Girls, or Ellie Kemper fans! Tina Fey has done it again!

Mar 10, 2015This show is really good! Light humor, sometimes a little bit quirky, the show makes you happy when you watch it :) Plus Ellie Kemper is adorable in her role... Right in the first episode you fall in love with Kimmy! I can't wait for season 2.

Mar 11, 2015Pure gold. Wit, verve, warmth, and did I mention wit? So dense with laughs that you have to watch more than once. Casting is perfect and energy is off the charts. I don't know, chica hamburguesa, this might be my favorite of this century.

Sep 21, 2017This was surprisingly funny and enjoyable. I've always been picky about what comedy shows I watch, and was really happy when I found myself laughing at this. The show wouldn't been as good as it is without Tituss though.

Apr 19, 2016Season 1 of Kimmy Schmidt does indeed have its laugh out loud moments, however at times Kimmy herself becomes too much like a late-season 30 Rock character. Overall the show goes deep to deliver stellar comedy gold.
-
Apr 18, 2016I didn't like this show much at first, but god damn does it grow on you. Every episode is just hilarious. I'm going to begin season 2 on the 20th of April 2016, very enjoyable show but takes some time to get into.

Nov 22, 2017Amazing, simply amazing. A truly original show with shiny colors and a gigantic heart. I loved every minute of it dearly. Its a comedy so the acting is over the top and lacks subtlety but that is to be expected.
-
Aug 16, 2018Pretty funny show with basic humor. Enjoyable to binge a few episodes once in awhile.

Like many newbie sitcoms, Kimmy Schmidt stumbles, at times, to find its tone--and, with thirteen episodes launched at once, it doesn’t have the freedom to rejigger itself.... When it comes to jokes about trauma, however, the show takes more risks.
-
Creators Fey and Carlock instill Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt with the infectious positivity of their title character, who won’t give up, no, she’ll never give up. Still, her hard knocks life starts taking its toll in later episodes, draining some of Kimmy’s ebullience and replacing it with a little petulance. The sunny side up Kimmy is much preferable.
-
The result, like “30 Rock,” is another sharply written, often offbeat, endearing and funny comedy.
