Summary: Robin, a demanding costume designer and supervisor and her overworked assistant Sarah trade spaces. Hildi and carpenter Brandon assist the assistant while Goil and Faber work with the boss. But designer Goil is closer to her assistant's age. Can Robin refrain from acting like Goil's boss and work? Or will she make Goil her new assistant?Robin, a demanding costume designer and supervisor and her overworked assistant Sarah trade spaces. Hildi and carpenter Brandon assist the assistant while Goil and Faber work with the boss. But designer Goil is closer to her assistant's age. Can Robin refrain from acting like Goil's boss and work? Or will she make Goil her new assistant?

Sarah feels she has been an assistant for too long. Sarah and Emre hope to show Robin and her husband Bill that Sarah has the design skills and talents to move up the ranks beyond being just an assistant to others at work.
But Hildi's plans include cardboard tubes and paper mache on the walls, and Sarah is not convinced her boss will appreciate Hildi's inspirations. Will Sarah's worst fears come true in the reveal?
