Summary:
Fred Schneider and Kate Pierson from The B-52's star as guest judges. The chefs are given the challenge of using local ingredients to make a salad bar for the Hualapai tribe in the Grand Canyon. In the elimination challenge the chefs are given some unusual ingredients which they must use to cook something for 24 members of the Hualapai tribe.
