Summary: The hill clock tower’s bell needs to be given a good polish off for the country fair. The Foreman tells Duncan to travel slowly with the bell, but Duncan ends up becoming so enraptured by the bell’s sound it makes, going along the bumpy sections of track, that he doesn’t listen.
