Summary: The front porch is in bad shape because the wood is rotten and the stucco exterior is in worse shape then once thought. All of the ivy that is damaging the house, is removed. The carpet is torn up on the first floor to find one room in need of new floors, and two rooms are found to have long leaf pine floors in great condition.
