Dec 23, 2019Really give this show a chance - it will take time to get in and in the beginning sometimes you need to Re watch some parts to fully understand it, but as you do - you will fall in Love and lost in happyness on the same time. I suggest, if you want to more Lore to read the books or play the video games.

Dec 24, 2019A great job of adaptation and a solid base for the future of this series, which take of care of details and keep the heart and soul of the very first books.

Dec 24, 2019Like any other TV show, it has its flaws, but I really enjoyed the whole series. As a huge fan of the game and the witcher books, I can say that it was worth my time. All the best for the next season.

Dec 25, 2019Awesome show. Don't listen to the negative review. I binged this in a day. I was skeptical of Henry Cavil as Geralt but he absolutely nailed it.

Dec 24, 2019This show was awesome. I honestly do. It understated why it’s rated so poorly, it’s incredibly well done and immersive. Seems like Netflix is dealing with bias against original Netflix productions (which is warranted) but this show stands out in the most positive way. Can’t wait for the subsequent seasons.

Просто офигенный сериал , который можно смотреть залпом, а для тех , кто ноет по поводу графики, актерской игры и тд- вы зажрались , товарищи. Сирик топ -
Dec 25, 2019The best series of the year (in my opinion) from Netflix. Well-crafted characters, incredible locations and a dedicated cast.
Netflix spared no effort and I can't wait for the next seasons! -
Dec 25, 2019High fantasy TV show that is faithful to the books. It does seem to "toss you into the deep end" as far as the world goes so people unfamiliar with the world may get lost on first viewing as the world is extremely fleshed out. It's well acted and the fight scenes are better than GOT

Dec 25, 201910/10.
One of the best tv shows of 2019.
Despite the skepticism the show surpassed all expectations.
Script, casting, acting, soundtrack, visuals and atmosphere - OMG, it's great!
Registered here just to say that this show deserves far more better score than it has.
Give it max score and all my support.
Thank you to creators!
Can't wait for Season 2. -
Dec 26, 2019Loved every minute of it. The action is crazy and they do a great job building on the Witcher universe. Can't wait for season two.
-
Dec 26, 2019The story telling, special effects and combat scenes were phenomenal. I cannot wait for season 2.

Dec 26, 2019Such an amazing job bringing the fantasy to life! Henry Cavill has now truly become Geralt of Rivia

Dec 26, 2019Im intentionally not going to compare it to other fantasy movies/TV shows. The witcher is a good watch. Disregard all of the dumb critics who seem like they are being paid to trash this show. If you are interested in shows of this type then you will likely find it enjoyable. I would like to see many more seasons of this made

Dec 27, 2019Loved it. The only issue I had was the casting of Triss. Apart from that, very good adaptation of the books and callouts to the games. Can't wait for season 2

Dec 28, 2019This is the Witcher, if you liked the books or games, you will love it. Unless you are racist of course, and then it'll annoy you.

Dec 28, 2019I like the series alot. The Cast is incredible Henry Cavill IS Geralt, Yennefer is turning into a badass sorceress, the scenery is top noch, the timeline can be confusing but it All comes together perfectly in episode 8. I played all games, read Blood of Elves and Sword of Destiny, I can recommend this Serie to fans and newcomer and cant wait for season 2.

No aguardo da segunda temporada. Totalmente recomendado para qualquer público. -

Porém a CGI estava meio cagada no começo... Espero que isso melhore ao longo das temporadas

Dec 29, 2019This is the first show since Game of Thrones that has captivated me to the point of obsession. It’s wonderfully character driven with round conflicted characters. Henry Cavill as the Witcher is perfect! Stoic with a wry sense of humor. I’ve started reading the books and believe Cavill captures Geralt’s personality perfectly!

The Witcher is a messy tangle of plotlines in a world underdeveloped to the point of obscurity.
-
As a mindless fantasy rollercoaster, Geralt’s journey is five stars all the way to tea-time. Sadly, for those who like brains with their brawn, it may be more of a slog.
-
It takes a while for viewers to learn how these characters are connected, via an exasperating Westworld-esque narrative knot that takes much of the season to unfurl. ... The Witcher heightens our confusion by fumbling details that would have helped it set a cohesive tone. Dialogue vacillates, from line to line, between theatrical fantasy-speak and modern colloquialisms (“Dragons are, in fact, a thing!”).
