The third season of Umbrella Academy was amazing. However, Allison's character arc was awful, Emmy Raver-Lampman's acting was subpar for the type of "badass I don't care about anything" actress she tried to be.

Brilliant performance's, fresh characters, sweet storylines, a average season.

An absolute joy to watch from start to finish. The dynamics, the settings, the camerawork, what an awesome production this season was, opening more doors for future narratives and character build-ups, solving casting troubles in a respectful and credible way. What a beautiful ride this season was, it flushed my Obi-Wan disappointed entirely away. This is how you make art with television.

I liked this season of the umbrella academy (outside of Allison) and I do think its building itself to a great 4th and final season. I enjoyed the plot of this season but I do feel that a) the sparrow academy were wasted and b) Allison's character turn was a bit grating. There's still lots to like about the show but I will be glad if it ends sooner rather than later. It's entertaining but the poor use of the sparrow academy and emo-Allison lowers the score for me. Expand

Although it is true that the new adventure of the Hargreeves brothers is not as good as the previous one, the new season of The Umbrella Academy is spectacular on any side of the umbrella

The best season so far, that's because it leaves you with so much mystery and suspense at the end of each episode that you immediately watch the next one without stopping. The third season of The Umbrella Academy may just be the most emotional and personal season yet.

The Umbrella Academy never met a time traveling wrinkle it didn’t like, and for season three, there’s a lot of fallout to sort through. But with strong characters both old and new, there’s plenty of reason to see it through.
