Victor and Anita retrieve a camera with secret information on it, and after Professor Professor downloads the pictures on it, U.Z.Z. intelligence reveals that The World Leader eats her boogers, information which in the wrong hands can be deadly. Unfortunately, T.H.E.M. finds out, and Doctor Doctor creates her own oscillatorBooger Ball:

Unfortunately, T.H.E.M. finds out, and Doctor Doctor creates her own oscillator machine that makes boogers explosive. Now Victor and Anita must stop Doctor Doctor from using her machine and exploding boogers all over the world!Wedgie Attack!:
Victor and Anita are falsely accused and on the run for a crime they didn't commit; giving a wedgie to The World Leader's husband! Wearing standard U.Z.Z. disguise kits, Victor and Anita hide out at Victor's mother's house. Soon, the rest of the U.Z.Z. agents are wearing disguise kits and coming to Victor's mother's house, being convicted of the same crime. Who is responsible for framing Victor and Anita, and more importantly, who will protect Changed Daily at U.Z.Z.?… Expand
