Summary: When Webster and Gillis have to serve Brother Toby Jones, a former drug addict turned evangelist, with his fourth disturbing the peace complaint, Brother Toby solicits Webster's help in obtaining a grant that will keep his congregation from being evicted. Despite Lt. Ryker's warnings, he agrees to help.
