Summary: Reeking Havoc:
The Professor is anxious to win the 2nd Townsville Annual Cook-off competition this year. Fearing that he'll be sad if he loses, the Girls each put Chemical X into his chili to make it extra special. The Professor wins the contest, but the chili doesn't settle well in the stomachs of Townsville's citizens, causing all theirReeking Havoc:
