Summary: Fran encourages Maggie to enter Billy ray Cyrus's kissing contest to be on the cover of his next album, but Fran wins by accident. Mr. Sheffield is convinced that her kissing abilities aren't what got her to win, so Fran proves him wrong in a very good way. When she meets Billy Ray, his manager tells her it's because she makes him lookFran encourages Maggie to enter Billy ray Cyrus's kissing contest to be on the cover of his next album, but Fran wins by accident.
