Summary: George agrees to loan Florence's cousin Ernie, an ex-con, $1000 to open a record store for the sole purpose of proving to her that a leopard doesn't change its spots.  When Ernie skips town before the ink on the check dries, Florence secretly takes a second job as a waitress in hopes of paying George back without having to admit that he was right.
