Summary: Kimble travels to Washington, D.C., to meet with a lawyer, named Frank Hobart, who wrote a book titled 'Unjustly Convicted,' which states that Kimble was convicted without the benefit of a fair trial due to the bias media circus influencing the judge and jury.
