The series works hard to be the antithesis of it's brother show ARROW...Lighter, more positive, and closer to the feel of its source material. The cast is excellent and the entire Rogues' Gallery is slowly being introduced. The ideas behind Flashpoint allow it to become a rallying point for the entire DC TV family. Waiting for the Thunder Twins to become part of the fun!

I'm pretty confused on most of the other user reviews. This season is off to a brilliant start, however the Flashpoint adaption was pretty underwhelming. We finally get an end to the whole "time travel can fix everything" problem, we're introduced to a few new characters (including Julian Albert, Barry's new CSI partner, portrayed by Tom Felton, Draco Malfoy in Harry Potter), and a few newI'm pretty confused on most of the other user reviews. The Flash shifts its focus from action into developing its characters, which creates for a more involving third season that still doesn’t let go of the fun of the first two seasons.

Retains the inertia of previous seasons, with new allies and foes, including the premise of Flashpoint, inspired in original story from comics. The final chapter has clever plot twist and develops the same expectation for next season.

Season 3 was such a wildly fun ride, i absolutely loved the twists, and it just felt real.

TV Flash continues to be the most satisfying of all the broadcast network adaptations of comic-book superheroes.

Like the Earth-2 storylines, the alternate timeline is so much fun when it comes to seeing our favorite characters with different personalities and alternte lives.

Although “Flashpoint” might disappoint fans who were hoping that the show might try something a bit more ambitious upfront, it does set up what could turn out to be a standout season for The Flash.
