The series was great until a certain detective no longer was in it. It's going downhill ever since he's gone.

The biggest problem is for every 8 out of 10 moment in an episode where you go "Wow this is cool" it follows it up with a 2 out of 10 "WTF am I watching?" moment. Two of the main cast (Strait and Tipper) can't act at all and their interaction throughout the series made me want to puke in my mouth and skip through that part of the episode. Meanwhile Thomas Jane does a tremendous job as Miller and carries the show throughout the first and second season but he is done dirty by the show's creators by the end. There are a lot of good storylines that are going on throughout the show by secondary characters but unfortunately you are constantly thrown back to slogging it with the main cast who are far less interesting and constantly tripping over themselves. They need more air time with Holden and Amos. Naomi’s storyline is played out and Marco is a cartoon villain. Why are we spending half an episode on her son? Nonsense.

Amos was the most interesting character on the show and he just kind of stopped. It’s going to be a big let down if they don’t properly finish his arc.

One of the best shows until they destroy themselves in season 4.

Really a near perfect show until season 4; then they start introducing the typical woke left politics at the cost of the story. Side lining or outright and killing off the main male characters in liew of making the side character the main story. You get a mixture of Glee, soap opera and a sci-fi thriller that flat out doesn't work.

Season 5 they take a strong female lead (naomi) and turn her into bumbling victim that is always doubting herself. Female bad-ass to kidnap victim. Rest of main cast is about the same; great heros to incompetent idiots. At this point I am just watching a trainwreck and can't look away.

Only saving storyline now is Bobby (another great female lead that is sidlined).

Just an odd rollercoaster as they keep injecting messaging at cost of the story. Hopefully they get back on track as "go woke, go broke" is no longer covered up. Since the show was canned for season6; we can only hope the producers and showrunners learned their lesson.
