With the final season before it's cancellation "The Cleveland Show" goes out on a rather low note. Then again it never really had a great track record to begin with. The vast majority of this season outside of some better episodes near the end is really hit or miss. The humor seems phoned in or just often dumb. the episodes are watchable, but never really particularly funny or memorable. With the final season before it's cancellation "The Cleveland Show" goes out on a rather low note. I do have to give the series credit for sticking with changes they made. Unlike most animated sitcoms of this variety new characters stick around in their new roles. For instance a side-character ends up becoming a member of Cleveland's friends and actually sticks around, and the Brown's new dog is actually seen throughout the season instead of just randomly disappearing. It adds some changes to the formula that are just subtle enough to not change what fans enjoyed about the show, but still lead to some payoffs in the later episodes.

Overall this final season of the show is rather weak. There's still enough humor here to make it still watchable for fans, but overall it does go out on big laughs. Rather just the occasional chuckle. My overall score for this season is a 6.6/10.
