i just start watching the episodes, i had already watched them online at least twice, i love the dialogues though the timing might improve a little and also some characters need more work like wolowitz, also hopefully it won't fall into the expected "can't win cause I'm a nerd" attitude. and contrary to some say i actually thing that we are not all laughing at the geeks, i just start watching the episodes, i had already watched them online at least twice, i love the dialogues though the timing might improve a little and also some characters need more work like wolowitz, also hopefully it won't fall into the expected "can't win cause I'm a nerd" attitude. and contrary to some say i actually thing that we are not all laughing at the geeks, but at their unique geekiness which can be unexpected at times and therefore is funny. i guess just a geek can understand/relate to a geek, so in the end we are just laughing at ourselves. The funniest comedy in a long time! You have to be a little nerdy to get some of the jokes, so this show is kind of targeted toward nerds. Still, there are quite a few jokes that most people will still get. In conclusion, this is a really good comedy and they really should make a season 2.

Absolutely awesome, watched the pilot and was hooked, made my bf watch it and we are seriously ADDICTED!!!every episode just gets better and better....VIVA BIG BANG!!! P.S. To those banging on the stereotype card: Maybe you should consider that a show like this actually makes people see a different side of those so-called-stereotypes or maybe its just me that see it that way.

I like how all of the reviews are either 10s or 0s. This show is entertaining. They hooked me on the characters. I live in L.A. and consider myself a nerd so I guess that makes it more digestible for me. Sure, the show is on a set and formulaic but I find it entertaining. If the show was just about Sheldon I'd watch just that. Jim Parsons is amazing. It is cleverly written to appeal I like how all of the reviews are either 10s or 0s. This show is entertaining. It is cleverly written to appeal to the masses, and although I'm the more cerebral type, and like off-beat humor like Curb or AD, sometimes I don't want to think and just LOL. This show does that for me. Expand

Nice concept of nerds and new blond neighbor. First episode was entertaining. Let's hope the concept doesn't go stale.

What a great show. Intelligent dialogue. No off-color comments, cast works well together. And didn't I see the blonde in "8 Rules"?

For a change it has some depth and dry humor! I ;ove it. The geeks are great and Cinderilla is sweet eye candy!

This show is hilarious. Yes, they are nerds. Yes, she is dingy. Their characters play off wonderfully with each other. Sheldon is one of the best straight men that I have seen in a long time. I think everyone will get in touch with their "inner nerd" watching this show.

I love this type of "super smarty pants" comedy! Only, I hope they keep the comedy fresh and not always reliant on stereo-typical nerd references. I would also love to see more exploration into the complexity of the nerd characters' vulnerable, sensitive sides when they learn they don

This is one of the best sitcoms I have seen in a long time. I was quickly drawn in by the characters, and find the dialogue to be quite funny. I wish the show a long run!

Entertaining and will keep on tuning in, but I haven't found it funny. It may be that I relate with the guys that I find it entertaining but not funny though. I get the humor, but it isn't funny to me.

i loved it. don't see this as being a hit on "geeks or others that may be picked on". I have a child who has seen many years of geekdom and not so nice people around him. We made it through with laughter and with the help of a very pretty and nice young girl who befriended him. Life may not be as funny as sitcoms but maybe sitcoms can help others to see more interaction is possible.

Clever show! Some jokes are easily seen coming, but it's not about reinventing the wheel. It's a show about a few geeks, and it REALLY does the job well. VERY funny! Hell, even my girlfriend (who's not a geek) loves it!

I literally laugh out loud every time I watch this. I find Sheldon to be a Gen X version of Niles Crane -- but still pretty unique in his own right.

You guys voting 0 and 1 please get a life!! I am a nerd (uk version) and I laughed my wotsits off - first 2 episodes are fantastic with plenty of LOL moments. Watched it with my son who peed his pants as well - Nerds will be the biggest fans of this show - it will be a big hit here...

Best Comedy on CBS. So squeaky clean and innocent. You may not understand the science, but the heart if the matter is there. These "nerds" live in a conflicting world of reason and fantasy. I knew guys like this in college. I ask myself every week, could Sheldon be any more neurotic? And every week the answer is yes. 1. It may not be a creative breakthrough, but it's lots funnier than the universal equation would predict.
  2. Standard setup? Sure. Standard execution? For the most part.

The show might even have been engaging, if the one-liners came less frequently and the characters had a little more dimension. As it is, Sheldon and Leonard are merely laughable, if sweet, and they are even less fleshed out than the characters on "Two and a Half Men."
