Summary: The world’s richest women, Tracy Richards, sees the Clampett estate and wants to fix it up and buy it. She learns that the house is not for sale, but is determined to buy it. She gets in good with Granny, Elly, and Jethro by treating them to the good city life and giving them some of her expensive possessions.
