Summary: Pinckney finds no success with molding the Clampetts into high society people. He runs out, planning to return to England. He tells Jane and Drysdale what all occurred at the mansion. Meanwhile, the Clampetts are mad that their boarder ran out on them. They decide to keep the boarding house open, but change a few things – pay up front.
