Summary: Barney's slightly slow cousin Virgil comes to town. Barney sticks his neck out for him, trying to help him out. When Virgil makes one too many mistakes, Barney rails against him and storms out. Leave it to Andy, though, to discover Virgil's true ability and give him an opportunity to use it.
