    Someone more philosophical than Shatner might have ruminated on the nature of reality in the world where technology can make anything seem real. But the space cowboy opts instead for action -- often shot in sluggish slow motion -- and humor, some of which seems blissfully unintentional. [18 Jan 1994]

    What we really have here is just another in the long line of TV private eyes, an attempt at film noir whose lurking campiness rather quickly becomes film mauve. ... This dialogue is ancient now; imagine how old it will be in 2042. [22 Jan 1994]

    Even if the series is more than 20 years old and therefore you have to evaluate carefully. Visually, perhaps, she was up to

    Even if the series is more than 20 years old and therefore you have to evaluate carefully. Visually, perhaps, she was up to date in 1994.
    Everything that is shown there is today much better.
    In terms of content, the series offers only average quality. Shatner would not have had to give up for the rubbish. The story is so thin that they fit on a DIN A6 sheet.
