I enjoyed the first show. It isn't all about people starving to lose weight, and they (so far) haven't shown enough exercises that would make someone try something they shouldn't and hurt themselves. The way they knock people off the show is interesting (follows the formula of most shows,I enjoyed the first show. The way they knock people off the show is interesting (follows the formula of most shows, but still fun to watch).

I like that they do focus on more than just physical strength, it's also about personal and emotional strength. All of these women seem to have something they are working through, and they want that extra "holy crap I did *that?* moment. The trainers seem to be learning just as much from the "students" as the students are from them.

I'll be checking it out again next week to see what happens.… Expand
