The way they knock people off the show is interesting (follows the formula of most shows, but still fun to watch).
I like that they do focus on more than just physical strength, it's also about personal and emotional strength. All of these women seem to have something they are working through, and they want that extra "holy crap I did *that?* moment. The trainers seem to be learning just as much from the "students" as the students are from them.
