Summary: The women do an exercise where they put paper plates on their backs, then take turns writing on the plates what they think about each other. All the women admit that what is written on their plates is mostly true, but Andy’s plate reveals some awful opinions that the other women have of her. She leaves the room crying. The others share that they think Andy is just being overly dramatic and seeking attention. Cassie tells her story and is warned by Rana that her underage drinking has to stop. Cassie wants to stop partying and mature so she can go to college and study archeology. Rana announces that Cassie will be taking a field trip to DePaul University to speak to people in the archeology department. Her interview goes well, and she is invited to come back and go on a dig with them. Nyanza’s task is to do three nice things for different people every day. Andy’s task is to find interviews at local media stations for an internship. In the evening, the five women go out for fun—without Andy.
