Rana recently appeared as a health expert on Discovery Health Network's six episode documentary series HEALTH COPS: SENTENCED TO HEALTH, and has been featured in a number of national publications for her fitness and business acumen. Rana is also the kickboxing instructor for the Philadelphia Inner-City Games, the much-acclaimed, after-school program founded by Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Rana has 15 years experience creating wellness venues for others, and has lectured and facilitated workshops domestically and abroad. Her extensive overseas travel and her experience living in Ghana, West Africa laid the groundwork for her success as an entrepreneur.

"Traveling opens up your mind," said Rana. "A lot of people aren't able to heal because they are living in the same vacuum every day. When you travel to different environments you learn more about yourself and it helps you to be able to effect positive changes."
