Ugh. I just can't, with this show. Because it's Trek, I binged through it all, but it was a struggle, at times. They eventually added some decent depth to some characters, but there were so very many attempts at fan service that fell flat.Ugh. I just can't, with this show. I watched this only because it was Trek and I wanted to see what it was about.

However, it was all wrong wrong wrong. It ignored previous canon by introducing the Borg (again?), amongst others. Aside from the fact that the entire seriesI watched this only because it was Trek and I wanted to see what it was about.

Aside from the fact that the entire series was a cheese-fest... the theme tune: Holy F**K! It is like a sh!tty 1980s power ballad/bad Kenny Loggins song. Where have the French horns gone? Where went the majesty of the great Trek theme tunes?

I couldn't like it at all and, despite me having watched all previous Trek series' several times, this one will not get another outing.… Expand
