Summary: At a pledge meeting Michelle volunteers to be the pledge class captain. Valancie is very proud of her, being that Michelle was the only pledge that stepped up to take the position. Michelle's new duties include calling pledge meetings and acting as a liason between the sisters and the pledges.

Michelle's new duties include calling pledge meetings and acting as a liason between the sisters and the pledges.

Later on, the sisters give the pleges key chains and a job to do. The pleges' duty is to present the key chains to the sisters in a new creative way. Michelle calls a meeting and shares her ideas with her fellow pledges. Michelle feels that it would be fun to present the key chains to the sisters connected to pillows. The sister then proceed to make pillows out of tissue paper and cotton balls. After most of the work is done, Michelle states that it would be great if they presented the pillows to the sisters while on their knees. Sacha and Salina immediately think the idea of kneeling is kind of degrading and offer alternatives in presenting to the sisters. Michelle listens as the fellow pledges talk about presenting the pillows to the sisters. But Michelle's facial expression give away her true feelings about the discussion. Michelle is disappointed at the fact the pledges didn't like her kneeling idea.

Afterwards, Salina approaches Michelle to talk to her about the way the meeting went. Salina feels that Michelle wasn't very open to the pledges ideas. She tries to explain it to Michelle but Michelle isn't understanding what the problem is. Finally, Salina breaks it down and tells Michelle, "You were rude".
