    Taking Melanie off was a big mistake. Watching Wilford run the train is like watching Biden run the Country. Acting like he cares about the people, when all he really wants is to control them. I can't watch this series go down hill, while at the same time seeing it happen to our Country. I know that Melanie may be coming back, but I think it will be too late.

    Season 1 was building up great and i rather see that story continue here... BUT NO with Season 2 the story completely stopped and changed focus...
    Sure there is some cool moments, Sean Bean is the one who stands out thanks to his great acting! I'm now at episode 5 and it's really slow, like I'm almost falling asleep and we don't get to know the characters in the show really, and I'm    Season 1 was building up great and i rather see that story continue here... BUT NO with Season 2 the story completely stopped and changed focus...

    I'm very disappointed that there is so much they could do with more world building and show us more of the train and it's people, and dig a little bit deeper into characters personalities and their history.    … Expand

    Bean is clocking plenty of overtime working his nefarious side for the fans, but none of the hard work going into this production is enough to counteract the grim depression saturating this endless trip. Round and round the world the train goes while also moving further into downer territory.

    Despite this competent ensemble, the opening episode rests heavily on Bean’s arrival, and – quite aside from the typically fraught issue of whether his character will survive – it’s not entirely clear how Snowpiercer will maintain our interest without a descent into family soap.
