Summary: Back to delivering pizzas, Scooter meets Mr Clemments. While talking to him, Scooter finds out he used to be a spy with The Agency.

Then Mr Clemments is kidnapped and Scooter works with Katrina to use Mr Clemments old gadgets to find and rescue him. Attilio hires a replacement for Scooter named Ed, but soon finds that Ed isn't allBack to delivering pizzas, Scooter meets Mr Clemments.
