Watching it trough Christmas in Norway. One of the best series from Jane Austin. Great looking and a nice drive in every episode. This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. An absolutely incredible adaptation of the novel. Loved the cast, and the cinematography was brilliant, but PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE give us season two. I think I speak for all Austen fans when I say we need a happy ending for Sindey and Charlotte. The season one ending was heartbreaking. Along with this further character exploration in season two would be awesome! Season 2 is excellent if you like Regency dramas. Much improved over Season 1.Writers incorporated relevant topics regarding Class/Society; Abolitionism; Women's history.
