Summary: Viva la Mexico! It's freezing cold in New York City and the "Marie Claire" staffers (including the interns!) are itching to be picked to be part of a special swimwear shoot in Mexico. Meanwhile, Talita finds herself as the lone intern in the office and gets some important alone time with Joanna. Will it be just what she needs to get ahead? Finally, the interns receive their final evaluations from Joanna and say their goodbyes to one another.
