I'm not very picky, but darn this is bad. It's visually nice: Miami, the actors/actresses, the shooting is OK... and that's it. The acting is bad, the plot is ridiculous, the dialog is horrendous at times.
Unless you're very much into eye candy, there's 10+ better cops shows to spend time on.

Lasted 5 minutes. Our hero sees a body that's fallen from a building and without missing a beat tells us why he did it. He's smarter than Sherlock, and he's Black too! He rattles off medical terminology to make your head spin.

What a pity! Morris Chestnut is a good-looking fellow who is also a well above average actor. He has acquitted himself quite well on Broadway and on some cable dramas that deserve better audiences than they have received.

“Rosewood” does not deserve a bigger audience. The title itself is unfortunate. When I first saw it as an upcoming show, I assumed it was about the horrific

“Rosewood” does not deserve a bigger audience. The title itself is unfortunate. When I first saw it as an upcoming show, I assumed it was about the horrific Rosewood, Florida 1923 massacre and destruction of an all-black rural town. Promising. Well it’s not about that at all. It’s a cheesy police with medical director over-the-top procedural. Kind of Rizzoli and Isles without the cast chemistry and without the humor.

The director of “Rosewood” has apparently noticed that its first show is really badly written. The solution? Deliver every line at high speed with a snarky attitude.

Give it up, guys. Go find a decent vehicle for Morris Chestnut!

I was so disappointed with Rosewood after the advertising and looking forward to a great American series which im a fan of.
Bad script, Too much storyline darting about and should focus more on Rosewood and 1 partner and either sack or teach the black lab assistant to act and talk slower and less voice pitch so I can actually hear what she says otherwise I miss the storyline. It may

It may settle down but an opportunity lost for me im afraid. Hope the actor appears in another show.

A série é visualmente agradável: Miami, os atores, a fotografia... Fora isso, a atuação não é nada de especial, o enredo é ridículo e os diálogos são desagradáveis e nada engraçados.

Rosewood isn't awful. But both Chestnut and the viewers deserve much better.

Rosewood still seems like something you’ve watched before. It’s like Burn Notice meets Royal Pains interrupted by Cops.

Rosewood can be fun in spots, but more often is way over-cooked.
