Summary: Gavin Patterson's television show Garden Makeover is falling in the ratings, so he hires the well-known yachtswoman Quinnie Dorell as the show's new presenter. But Quinnie knows more about boats than she does about gardening, and she brings in Rosemary and Laura to help her out.
