Thermidor II From: Norfolk Seated: #14 Weight: 95 Kilos Weapons: Co2 Powered Flipper Strengths: Quick and Strong Weaknesses: Limited Gas Supply Fight 1: Mighty Mouse Vs Mobot Vs Thermidor II (Seeded 14) Vs Beast House Robots: Sgt. Bash and Dead Metal Mighty Mouse immediately slammed into Thermidor. Thermidor then slammed Beast into the arena wall, the Beast's axe knocking out a light. Beast was stuck on their side and couldn't self-right. Thermidor II then flipped Mobot out of the arena, then they flipped Mighty Mouse into the arena wall. Mighty Mouse was stuck on their side, but were lucky, because Beast had been counted out first. Sgt. Bash upended Beast who drove across the arena, smack into the floor flipper which chucked them right back across the arena! HA! Beast then gave the House Bots a break by driving down the Pit! HA! Thermidor then pushed Mighty Mouse down the Pit! Thermidor and Mighty Mouse still go through. Fight 2: Pincer Vs Cobra Vs Kraken Vs Kronic the Wedgehog House Robots: Sgt. Bash and Mr. Psycho Kronic flipped Cobra. Pincer then dug its jaw into Kronic, then roasting them onto the flame pit. Kronic and Kraken then rammed Cobra, killing their motor. Mr. Psycho then came out and drove right on top of Cobra, crushing them!!! Cobra was still holding together, but was dead in the water. Pincer dug its jaw into Cobra again, but this time, they couldn't get the beak out. Cobra's titanium armor was too thick, and it was too heavy. Pincer was stuck and counted out along with Cobra. Both robots were still stuck together while being flipped by the floor flipper, and they were STILL stuck, when they were pushed onto the Drop Zone, where a pile of rotary scrap metal fell down on top of them. Kronic and Kraken go through. Special: World Championship Qualifier (New Zealand Vs Belgium) House Robots: Cassius Chrome and Growler Riptilion From: New Zealand Weight: 89 Kilos Weapons: Vertical Milling Wheel Strengths: Strong and Tough Weaknesses: No Srimech Hard From: Belgium Weight: 99 kilos Weapons: Full Pressure Flipper Strengths: Stainless Steel Armor Weaknesses: Exposed Wheels Riptilion was very large, but Hard was more agressive and had better weaponry. They pushed Riptilion all around the arena into the CPZ where Cassius and Growler came in and beat Riptilion up. Growler pushed Riptilion back into the arena, but the New Zealand robot was dead. Refbot counted them out. Riptilion was then pushed onto the floor flipper, which only flipped Riptilion about 4 or 5 feet. Hard from Belgium moves on to the World Championship! Round 2, Fight 1: Thermidor II Vs Kraken House Robots: Cassius Chrome and Mr. Psycho Thermidor flipped Kraken and pushed them into the CPZ. Kraken escaped, but their beak was bent. Thermidor continued flipping them over and over again, pieces flying off of Kraken. Thermidor then flipped Kraken right down the Pit. Thermidor goes through to the Heat Final. Fight 2: Kronic the Wedgehog Vs Mighty Mouse House Robots: Growler and Mr. Psycho At the start of the fight, all of Kronic's spikes fell off. HA! Kronic then flipped Mighty Mouse over and over again. Growler then shoved Mighty Mouse into the Pit Release, sending it rolling several feet along the wall. Mighty Mouse was moving very fast. Kronic couldn't catch up. Instead, Growler grabbed hold of them and killed their engine. Mighty Mouse got really lucky this fight. After being counted out, Mr. Psycho tried to hit Kronic with his hammer, but ended up missing completely. (Probably because his eyes weren't on). You can't fall asleep while in the arena! So, Mr. Psycho decided to sit on Kronic, so he did. However, the only damage caused was to Mr. Psycho's front end, which was totally bent out of shape. Ouch! Mighty Mouse unbelieveably goes through to the Heat Final! Final: Mighty Mouse Vs Thermidor II House Robots: Sir Killalot and Cassius Chrome Thermidor had some trouble catching up to the speedy Mighty Mouse. In the beginning, it looked like Mighty Mouse was going to win, until Thermidor finally flipped them. A few flips later, Mighty Mouse were stuck in the CPZ where Sir Killalot squeezed them into the angle grinders. Thermidor flipped Mighty Mouse again and again. Mighty Mouse were stuck against the wall. They lost steering and could only go backwards and forwards. They reversed into Killalot, who picked the Mouse up by his lance, burned them on the flame pit, then spun them around. Cease was called and it went to the judges. Thermidor were the deffinate winners. The #14 seeds move on to the Series Semi-Finals! … Expand
