    Rick & Morty is a very funny and sometimes dark animated SF comedy series. Justin Roiland is an extremely talented individual and he's the heart of this show. Episodes are generally self-contained, but there are references to other episodes and there is an interesting overarching story. I'm really curious to see where it goes.

    Rick and Morty is truly one of the great funny AND clever comedies of this decade. It seems so derivative on paper, but is executed so well that it stands apart from modern adult animated fare. TALES FROM THE CITADEL is easily one of my favourite episodes from the entire series-lending the rapacious wit fast paced comedy of the leads with a harsh undertone of a crime procedural orRick and Morty is truly one of the great funny AND clever comedies of this decade.     Esta serie es realmente magnifica y lo sigue siendo en esta 3ra temporada, que me ha gustado mas que las 2 anteriores, porque esta temporada, a diferencia de las otras, va a más, sobrepasa un limite que no era sobrepasado antes, es al mismo tiempo divertida y profunda, de las mejores series animadas ahi fuera.

    this series showed me that you can fall asleep on a movie due to too much complexity, too!! but just kidding it's awesome and genius!

    I don't know much about animation but god, this show is truly one of the best animated ones out there, the complexity of the characters and the writing make this show an amazing one for entertainment and analysis, it has it all.

    The best comedy on earth returns with a bang combining elements of science fiction and comedy with seamless integration between the jokes, plot, and medium.

    Every bit as dark and funny as the previous two seasons and for me the quality of the writing is even gone up another notch. Can’t wait for season 4!

    This season is the best of Rick and Morty so far. The best episodes ever can happen in a sitcom are S3E07 The Tales of Citadel and S3E01 The Rickshank Rickdemption. This season is really awesome.

    This season has really picked up momentum and is now confidently hitting it stride. Tales from the Citadel was so tightly executed with multiple fully developed plot lines. Morty's Mindbenders is more thought out and digs deeper than the prior Interdimensional Cable episodes. Pickle Rick was one of the highlights of the series.

    This season of Rick and Morty shifts from the over-the-top high concept, sci-fi adventures to focus more on the family dynamic. While the amount of jokes is certainly lacking when compared to previous seasons, the addition of more serious themes doesn’t detract from the eccentric heart of this show.

    One of the reason to subscribe to Netflix. Rick and Morty are still fun in season 3.
    Tons of movie sci-fi references and ... Pickle Rick!!

    One of the best TV series ever. Easily the best animated show of this decade.

    Great, but not ricktacular. It's a shame, the writing of seasons 1-2 was top notch, 10/10 - hands down, but this season? We're currently 6 episodes in and the writing feels "off". It's Rick and Morty, but not to the same calibre as we saw in the previous two seasons. Honestly, the only "classic Rick and Morty" episode that we have got so far in season 3, was Episode 1. Episodes 2-6 haveGreat, but not ricktacular. It's a shame, the writing of seasons 1-2 was top notch, 10/10 - hands down, but this season? We're currently 6 episodes in and the writing feels "off". It's Rick and Morty, but not to the same calibre as we saw in the previous two seasons. Honestly, the only "classic Rick and Morty" episode that we have got so far in season 3, was Episode 1.     Top Shelf (Best stuff on TV)

    1) The Ricklantis Mixup - One of the most well-written episodes of television I've ever seen. It has enough humor and poignance to outdo most dramatic feature length films in the span of 20 minutes. 2) Rest and Ricklaxation - Fast and furious with humor and some well placed characterization/insights 3) The Rickshank Redemption - Don't **** with Rick.    Top Shelf (Best stuff on TV)

    1) The Ricklantis Mixup - One of the most well-written episodes of television I've ever seen. It has enough humor and poignance to outdo most dramatic feature length films in the span of 20 minutes.

    3) The Rickshank Redemption - Don't **** with Rick. Rick and Morty for a thousand years!

    Wonderful (Multi-dimensional Awesomeness)

    4) The Whirly Dirly Conspiracy - What a trip through the wormhole, I won't call it back for a few days though.

    5) Pickle Rick - Outrageous and yet still down to Earth

    Solid (Fun in a way only R&M can be)

    6) Morty's Mind Blowers - I personally vastly prefer this to the Interdimensional cable

    7) Rickmancing the Stone - I didn't like Mad Max as much as everyone else either

    Fine (Still happy for the attempt, though not my favorites)

    8) The ABC's of Beth - Definitely the most interesting turn for Beth's character

    9) The Rickchurian Candidate - Which kind of lost itself in the weeds to yet another battle of egos w/ Rick

    10) Vindicators 3 - Maybe I should go back and watch the first 2?

    Overall I think Season 3 had more weak points than either of the previous 2, but its highs reached the levels of the best episodes in the series, and w/ The Ricklantis Mixup probably the very highest thus far. If I had to rank it, it'd be:

    1) Season 2
    2) Season 1
    3) Season 3

    It remains my favorite show on TV by a wide margin.    … Expand

    The first episode had me hooked, I thought it was a great way to wrap up what happened in last season's finale. The pickle episode is my second favorite.

    I felt like some of the other episodes weren't as good as the previous season's, but I still liked them.     The series is shockingly funny, even when it goes into dark/disturbing mode, but moments like these confirmed that there was more going on than a bawdy, violent, nihilistically hilarious riff on science-fiction clichés and scientific principles, built around a character who’s like the Doctor reimagined by Armando Iannucci. ... Rick and Morty has always been one of wildest shows on TV. It’s time to admit that it’s also one of the best.
