Summary: Leo decides to follow in his brother Mike's footsteps, and joins the GSA. His easy-going and blatantly irresponsible attitude leads to a personality conflict with Kai, who's big on being serious and by the book. Soon, Leo leaves the Weapons Dome unlocked, giving the Horn monster easy access to Terra Venture's supply of weaponry.
