Summary: The Rangers return to Earth, and attempt to bond better with alien Andros, who's bemused by our strange culture. Meanwhile, Bulk & Skull seek to prove conclusively, without a single doubt, once and for all that aliens exist and are currently targeting Earth (and in the process become rich & famous). To do so, they team-up with a nutty old scientist named Professor Phenomenus. First stop in their quest, NASADA... where they encounter Quantrons!
