Summary: The Ranger teens hang out at Angel Grove Lake, where Rocky is working as a lifeguard. Lord Zedd is inspired by a young boy named Dougie's fear of monsters in the water, and recreates some of his (and Rita's) more sinister water-based monsters. Slippery Shark, Piranhtishead, Toxic Goo-fish, and Commander Crayfish are reborn to wreak havoc.The Ranger teens hang out at Angel Grove Lake, where Rocky is working as a lifeguard.
