Summary:
The Captain and the Cats is the ninth episode in the first season of the cartoon Pound Puppies, which originally aired on November 1, 1986. When Whooper is in danger, the Pound Puppies try to save him. Along the way, the Pound Puppies befriend three cats who agree to help them save Whooper.
