Summary: Fancy (with his wife) is pulled over for a burned out taillight. He and the uniform don't see eye-to-eye on the procedures followed during the stop. Andy has some unresolved issues to work out with Andy Jr.'s death. Bobby works the night tour and gets a case that involving a bar robbery.
