Summary:
Dan agrees to interview idiot photographer 15Peter20 so he can pay for Claire's camera, but is forced to write that he is a genius. Barley gets closer to Claire by telling her about a film grant offered by 80s musical airhead Doug Rocket. Unfortunately for Claire, the grant turns out to be less worthwhile than expected.
