David sets out to preserve the spirit and color of this wedding, ditching Davira's traditional dress for a sophisticated and sexy frock. He takes Davira to renowned Cake Alchemy, where she learns about the latest wild - and colorful - trends in wedding cakes. Next, the two attend an afternoon dessert-tasting, where a pastry chef teaches them that desserts can be both fun and sophisticated. Finally, David informs Davira that her wedding ceremony, cocktails and reception will all be held at the exclusive W Hotel in Union Square, New York.
