Summary: Cynthia identifies her stalker as a former boyfriend, Frank Thompson. Brian continues to watch over Cynthia, and throws a Halloween party at his loft to cheer her up. After the party, Brian and Cynthia give in to their growing attraction. Adam drifts away from Monique as the anniversary of Grayson's death approaches.
