Summary:
Bugsy Siegel receives an update on the status of the blackmail. Meanwhile, Hecky's girlfriend Jasmine Fontaine is under suspicion for hiding information and so the LAPD decide put her under a 24-hour surveillance. Joe follows Jasmine and discovers she is in fact hiding something. Furthermore, we get to see what reason Joe might have to kill a man.
