Summary:
It is an ordinary day for the Minami sisters and Fujioka comes to visit Kana, who is supposedly sick. Due to how effective it was Kana pulls off the same thing by pretending to be sick, to get out of participating in the neighbourhood cleaning. Kana could soon receive divine retribution.
