Summary: Commitment-phobic Kevin falls out of the comfort zone with Sarah after she pushes him to replace his bedraggled, cherished old bed with a new one, and he convinces himself that she's trying to smother him emotionally. Meanwhile, Jamie leaps outside all bounds of decency to win Cherie's sympathetic embrace with the lie that his mother died.
