The acting is terrible. I had zero emotion because the actors did not have any themselves. In my opinion the majority of each episode is so much filler that it seems to drag on and I found myself reading my phone or playing with the cat and not watching the episode. The drama seemed so forced and I also found myself rolling my eyes a lot saying "stop" to several things I saw. This showThe acting is terrible. I don't know how to explain it. Maybe they don't act well off of each other or something. It was just emotionally flat. I hope there is a season 2 but if the first two episodes are like the first, in respect to the acting and just boring dialog, then I'll check out and stop watching because the series is giving me nothing to grab on to Expand

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. When this show first started I couldn't get enough of it but who would have thought that only 5 or 6 episodes in it would have already "jumped the shark".

The whole concept was so much fun and I sure can't get enough of the beautiful Josh Dallas but actually it was his character that has put a halt on my enthusiasm I once had for this new show. I could buy everything they were dishing out until (I don't think this is a spoiler but I'll check the box anyway) Ben Stone (Josh Dallas) obtains a job at which he is extremely over qualified (or so the story goes) to delve into the goings-on of a evil corporation that has its fingers in the lives and happenings of the passengers. A corporation that is so powerful it seems to be able to run circles around the government and (yawn) experiment on the poor victims of Montego Air Flight 828.

When Ben hung around the office of his new job waiting for his opportunity to tap into the corporations files I turned off the show. That was it for me. I think this series has gone the route of irreversible silliness and that makes me sad because I really did like it.

Very interesting series. Good casting, with the exception of Michaela Stone, played by Melissa Roxburgh, whom I cannot look at because all I see are EYEBROWS. Outside of that, looking forward to solving the mystery, hopefully without anyone else dying.

Hilariously bad. I can't look away and funny is funny so that helps the score. By way of example, the authorities go through the plane in HASMAT suits but they've already released all the passengers into the general public. The fun continues.

They could spend some time developing the characters, instead of jumping right to...plane ...and oh its the future. you have a whole season and you did that in the first 5 minutes. Give us an hour of whose's who and then have the dramatic event, could have left the last line being, you took off in 2013 and its now 2018... gives us a reason to watch, the second show... to many shows nowThey could spend some time developing the characters, instead of jumping right to...plane ...and oh its the future. you have a whole season and you did that in the first 5 minutes. It has captivated me enough to want to see how the episodes evolve. There are similarities to other programmes I have seen in the past however I do feel some elements of the program brings forth its own signature.

An excellent storyline and concept for a TV series. Unfortunately, the execution is poor, and the acting is mediocre at best. Like "Lost", the paranormal concept in this show offers unlimited plots and twists to capture our fancy. However, in order to make this type show somewhat believable, you need to create a realistic approach to facts and details. They have not done that here.

In the initial sequences, they show the cockpit and instrument panel of the aircraft, with three columns of engine gauges. They later show the plane as a two engine aircraft. Furthermore, the pilot says they have 191 people on board. The aircraft shown was an older model plane, that would not hold more than 150 people. These are small details, but ones that could have been easily corrected. Lack of attention to detail will likely doom this show for me.

I really enjoyed episode one. Thought it'd focus more on the drama the passengers will have to face while returning to their lives back home, but there's much more of a supernatural (not the show) element to it than I'd expected. The struggles that our characters will go through are as you'd expect, in a good way that's not too obvious.

Has a lot of potential and suggest that people who are interested in it try it out!

This show is super dope! It reminds me of Lost meets Heroes. One of the best new dramas this year. The plot is amazing as well as the characters and the mystery that's going on! This show I can tell is going to develop into something great! Very impressed with this new show! If you are looking for a sci fi mystery than this is a must watch for you!

The acting and dialogue is almost comically bad. I was looking forward to the show because of the interesting concept, alas.

Cheesy acting and teleplay mar an intriguing (although unoriginal) shell. It's soap-opera worthy in its sappiness (which Lost never was) and the story-telling leaves us wanting less, not more.

Yes, it definitely feels a bit like Lost but in my opinion, it does have its own story to tell. The way the show hints at how it will use character dynamics and their relations looks intriguing and I will continue to watch the mystery unfold as it goes along.

I'm intrigued by the mystery, supernatural themes and I'm curious where it will go. The drama isn't soapy or over the top, which is nice, of course there's some Government involvement as well but it's not clear at this stage. I'm hoping once its shown what caused the 5 1/2 year jump I won't be disappointed. Just awful. I mean yes, the concept is great, but the acting is dreadful, the dialogue is cheesy. I've watched 2 and a half episodes and I would rather watch paint dry than go any further. Its the combination of mawkish self pity and self righteousness that makes this show so hard to tolerate.

It's always difficult with such concepts -- and perhaps this one more than most -- to see whether the producers can sustain enough interest to keep the show airborne.
